The Dash Kit Store team is dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Thus all of our products come with a warranty that lasts as long as you
own the vehicle on which our products are installed. Unfortunately, we
are not able to extend our warranty policy to cover damage due to
improper installation, abuse or neglect, use of "armor all" or cleaning
products, or other improper use of our products. In other cases we will
be happy to replace or refund the merchandise. Please refer to our
return policy for more information on returning products.
Damaged Products
If it should occur that FedEx shipping
somehow damages a product, you must file a claim your local FedEx office
within 48 hours of delivery. As soon as you filed the claim please
inform us by email or phone. Do not mail the product back to us; it will
be picked up by FedEx. We will ship out a replacement as soon as we
receive FedEx confirmation.
Return Policy
Dash Kit
Store provides a
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
within 30 days after
you have received the product. You need a valid reason to return the
product or cancel shipping. However, the following terms and
conditions apply:
If you decide to cancel an order we must charge a 15% restocking
fee since dash kits are custom made for specific options, and thus
for every individual customer. Cancellations within the same
day of the order will only be charged a 5% processing fee.
We cannot
refund already installed products or products not covered by our
warranty (i.e. damaged by improper use or installation). All
returned parts must have the red backing tape on the reverse side
still attached and cannot be damaged in any way.
We cannot refund customized kits or parts.
All Carbon Fiber, Chrome, & Solid Color dash kits are considered
Custom Kits and are not refundable.
OEM Factory Match Kits ordered in any color other than OEM
Factory Match, are considered Custom Kits.
SHIPPING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.
